Alachua County Traffic Ticket Attorneys

Located in North Central Florida, Alachua County is home to the University of Florida Glators.   The estimated county population is over 200,000, with over 100,000 living within the city of Gainesville.  The largest municipal department is the Gainesville Police Department, which employs over 240 sworn officers.  The Gaineville Police Department is assisted by the Alachua County Sheriffs Office in enforcing criminal and traffic laws.  Both agencies have aggressive traffic units, and routinely use motorcycles and undercover vehicles in saturation patrols to combat speeders, aggressive drivers, driving under the influence, no valid drivers license, and reckless drivers.

Aside from the agencies mentioned above, the Florida Highway Patrol is constantly patrolling the interstate passing through Alachua County looking for speeding motorists.  They use a fixed wing aircraft and set up traffic details, usually stopping motorists traveling 13+ over the posted speed limit.

If you are facing a criminal or civil infraction in Alachua County please call our office at 1-800-FIGHT-IT so we can discuss the particular facts of your case.  Depending on the nature of the ticket, your appearance may not be required in court.  Call our office immediately so we can discuss the facts of your case.
