Indian River County Traffic Ticket Attorneys

Indian River County is in the Nineteenth Circuit which encompasses Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie Counties.  There are six Judges assigned to Indian River County.  The two county court judges are Joe Wild and David Morgan.  The Circuit Court Judges are Robert Hawlyey, Dan Vaughn, Paul Kanarek, and Robert Pegg.  

Indian River county is seeing growth from individuals moving northward from Miami-Dade and Broward County.  The main law enforcement agency is the Indian River County Sheriffs Office.  The Sheriffs Office has a specialized traffic unit with 8 deputies and a sergeant.  Those use laser, radar, aircraft and speedometer paces in issuing citations.
