Jackson County Florida is located in the Florida panhandle on the Georgia border. Last year Jackson County law enforcement issued over 9,000 moving violations to motorists traveling through the county. Most of these tickets were issued following a crash investigation. Law enforcement also issued close to 1,000 criminal violations last year. Not suprisingly, a majority of the criminal violations were for driving while license suspended (Florida statute 322.34) or no valid driver's license (Florida Statute 322.03 (1)).
There is one county Judge in Jackson County, Woodrow Hatcher. There are two Circuit Court Judges assigned to Jackson County, Brantley Clark and William Wright.
