The Self-Defense CourseTM is generally billed at $250 per hour with a minimum of one hour which includes 30 minutes of case review and 30 minutes of advice. The regular rate for trial by written declarations is $499 and that includes a second supplemental declaration of your written testimony (if not incriminating) and specific legal arguments that apply in your specific case. However, actual legal fees in your specific case will vary depending on the complexity of the case and estimated time involved. These fees will be specified in your fee agreement. Fees are higher for in-person litigation and misdemeanor or felony representation. The fee for any single appearance in court usually starts from $599.
