Osceola County Traffic Ticket Attorneys

 Osceola County, Florida is located in the Orlando in central Florida.  The most recent population statistics put the population around 250,000.  The county seat is Kissimmee and is the location for the courthouse.  Osceola County is part of the Ninth Judicial Circuit which encompasses Orange and Osceola Counties.  There are four county Judges assigned to Osceola County.  These Judges are Carol Draper, Hal Epperson, Stefania Jancewicz, and Ronald Legendre and they rotate between traffic, criminal, and the civil division.    

Last year in Osceola County, law enforcement issued over 60,000 moving violation citations.  Over half of these citations were issued to motorists for speeding.  The Osceola County Sheriffs Office in combinations with the Florida Highway Patrol, Kissimmee Police Department and the St. Cloud Police Department are veryproactive in their traffic enforcement.  All agencies use laser and radar guns as well as undercover vehicles to combat aggressive driving.

Aside from civil infraction citations, police in Osceola County, Florida issued almost 8,500 criminal violations last year from everything to Driving Under the Unfluence (DUI) to leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving.  Not unlike other Florida counties, a majority of the arrests or criminal violations occurred with individuals that were charged with No Valid Driver's License in violation of Florida Statute 322.03 or Driving While License Suspended in violation of Florida Statute 322.34.
