Court Imposed Traffic School
Summary of “Court Imposed Traffic School”
If you have exceeded the maximum number of traffic school elections available to you, it is still possible for a judge to impose it on you.
If you’re maxed out of Traffic School, we can still go to Court and ask the Judge to send you to Traffic School. That’s called a Court Imposed Traffic School and that doesn’t count towards your elections. Because you can only do Traffic School five times in your lifetime, if the Judge sends you to school, be it short term or long term or the middle, eight hour aggressive driving school, that’s a way to keep the points off, even though you may not have the Traffic School election available to you.
